One of Sam’s favorite parts of the internship has been meeting new people and capturing moments with the Impact Incubator groups through photography. He's especially passionate about managing the Roar for Glory and Surge Consulting Facebook group pages, where he brings energy and creativity to the digital space. A key lesson is learned is the value of collaboration, and that it's perfectly okay to feel stuck when facing something new. Building strong bonds with coworkers and taking the time to connect has been one of the most rewarding aspects of his experience. A fun and memorable moment for Sam was visiting a waffle shop in downtown State College with teammates. Fun fact: Sam can stream on Twitch.

Ajinkya’s favorite part of the internship so far has been collaborating with his teammates on projects and building out the Sparc-App. Turning ideas into a working product alongside people he enjoys working with has been a truly rewarding experience. He's passionate about creating technology that has real impact, tools that genuinely help people make a meaningful difference in their lives. Since starting the internship, he's learned how to stay focused while managing multiple tasks, balancing development, collaboration and deadlines effectively. One memorable aspect of his experience has been the laid-back respectful environment, especially working with Kerry, who treats interns as peers and friends. Fun fact: Ajinkya makes excellent banana chocolate pancakes and occasionally brings them in for breakfast to share with the team.

Their passion and enthusiasm have been incredibly motivating, and he finds it rewarding to play a role in bringing their visions to life. He's passionate about crafting inventive solutions that not only fulfill client needs but also explore possibilities they may not have initially considered. Since starting the internship, Josiah has developed valuable organizational and project management skills, transitioning from structured academic group work to independently setting timelines and delivering high-quality results. One of his most memorable moments was meeting the team on the first day. He appreciated the diversity of backgrounds and experiences, and was excited to continue collaborating with such a dynamic group. Fun fact: Josiah has been playing electric guitar for nearly a decade and has a strong passion for composing original music as a creative outlet.

He's passionate about solving problems through creative and collaborative thinking, believing that while you don't always need to reinvent the wheel, there's always room to innovate and improve. Since starting the internship, Elijah has gained deeper appreciation for the importance of communication, organization, and time management. He’s found that taking ownership of tasks in a professional setting is a very different experience than what's expected in school. One of the most memorable moments was taking group photos with the team on their second day, what started as a simple task turned into a fun, shared experience that brought everyone close. Fun fact: Elijah can ride a bike with no handlebars.

A key lesson is learned is that mistakes will happen but what matters most is how you learn and grow from them. His most memorable moment so far? Grabbing grilled cheese with his team during his first week, a simple moment that made him feel immediately welcomed. Fun fact: Tyler can yodel!

Nishita’s favorite part of the internship has been taking on new projects that offer different perspectives and challenges, especially when collaborating with people from diverse backgrounds and levels of experience. As the current Project Manager, she's enjoyed leading efforts that bring structure and momentum to each initiative. She is most passionate about blending management with technology, finding innovative ways to bridge the two in meaningful and efficient ways. Since starting the internship, she's learned that, unlike college where everything follows a fixed syllabus, in a professional setting, it's up to the team to define the structure and direction, paving the way for both current success and future growth. One project that stood out to her personally was working with a startup focused on Pilates. As someone who regularly trains with weights, she was excited to dive into how Pilates works and explore its techniques from a different fitness lens. Fun fact: Nishita played basketball at the state level in India!

Throughout the experience, he has learned how important it is to take responsibility for his work, something that has pushed him to grow both personally and professionally. While there have been many highlights, it's the everyday moments of laughing, talking, and building relationships with the team that have made this internship especially memorable. Since starting the internship, Kunj learned how to program and deploy React Native applications on iOS and Android. Since joining the internship, one memorable moment he has had is going to 2000 Degrees with his co-interns. Fun Fact: Kunj can do a backflip (if he tried) and is actively seeking employment
